Ada Oil Firm LLP has established accounting and tax policies and maintains its accounting records in accordance with the Rules for Maintaining Accounting Records, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and the prevailing legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The company engages external auditors—such as Ernst & Young, KPMG, PwC, and others—to audit its financial statements.
Since 2019, Ada Oil Firm LLP has engaged the independent audit firm Ernst & Young to verify the accuracy of its financial statements.

The cost of audit services provided to the Company by firms within the EY network for the years ended:
- as of December 31, 2023, it amounted to 33,500,000 tenge, excluding VAT;
- as of December 31, 2024, it amounted to 36,000,000 tenge, excluding VAT;
- as of December 31, 2025, it amounted to 37,800,000 tenge, excluding VAT.
The most recent update to the accounting and tax policies was carried out in 2023 with the involvement of representatives from Ernst & Young Kazakhstan; the cost of these consulting services totaled 6,000,000 tenge (excluding VAT).
